In vederea reducerii timpului de asteptare la ghiseele de lucru cu publicul, pentru eliberarea certificatelor de cazier judiciar, incepand cu data de 01 aprilie 2013 va fi operationalizat un nou ghiseu de eliberare a certificatelor de cazier judiciar, la sediul Politiei Municipiului Iasi, pe strada Otilia Cazimir, numarul 14, Iasi. De cazier judiciar de catre persoanele fizice sau juridice. - (1) Persoanele fizice sau juridice pot obtine propriul certificat de cazier judiciar in conditiile stabilite la art. (2) Certificatele de cazier judiciar emise de autoritatile prevazute la art. 6 si 7 sunt valabile 6 luni de la data eliberarii.
